Ella Galvin is a musician & model originally from Boston, MA and now based in New York City. I got my start singing in a couple of Boston funk/rock bands before moving to Manhattan to focus on my own music. I am often playing solo guitar sets at bars around the city, fronting my 4-piece band at venues like Pianos, Rockwood Music Hall, Berlin Under A, and Chelsea Music Hall. My sound pulls from Amy Winehouse, RAYE, Stevie Wonder, Olivia Dean, The 1975, Lake Street Dive, Lily Allen, Janelle Monáe and more.

Beyond the music, I’m deeply involved in the visual and digital side of creativity. I’ve worked in digital marketing, social media and digital design, helping brands and small businesses tell their stories online. As an independent artist, I’ve taken on photography, set design, styling, hair, makeup, and creative direction for my own projects — building out entire visuals from scratch to match the story and energy of my original music. I’m excited to expand those skills into more collaborative projects, where I can bring the same mix of artistry, strategy, storytelling and colorful vision to different brands as well through both modeling and creative direction.

At the heart of everything I do is a love of humanity and culture. I have a passion for blending music, style, and culturally relevant issues into something vibrant, soulful, unique and a little unexpected.
