Ella Galvin is a New York City–based musician, model, actor and multidisciplinary creative originally from Boston. A singer, songwriter, and guitarist, Ella got her start performing in Boston funk and rock bands before moving to Manhattan to pursue her own music. Today, she performs everywhere from intimate acoustic sets at NYC bars and hotels to fronting her eight-piece band at venues including Nublu, Pianos, Arlene’s Grocery, Berlin Under A, and Chelsea Music Hall.

Her sound blends soulful, jazz-influenced vocals with contemporary retro pop and alternative production, drawing inspiration from artists including Amy Winehouse, RAYE, Stevie Wonder, Olivia Dean, The 1975, Lake Street Dive, Lily Allen, and Janelle Monáe. At the center of her work is a love of honest storytelling, human connection, and creating music that feels both timeless and unique.

Ella’s creativity extends far beyond the stage. With a background in digital marketing, social media, and design, she brings both artistic instinct and strategic thinking to the way stories are told. As an independent artist, she has developed the visual worlds surrounding her music from the ground up — working across photography, styling, set design, hair, makeup, creative direction, and digital content. She approaches every project as an opportunity to create an experience, not simply an image or piece of content.

Today, Ella is expanding that multidisciplinary approach into collaborations with artists, brands, hotels, and creative teams through music, modeling, photography, styling, content creation, and creative direction. Whether she is onstage, in front of the camera, or behind it, her goal is the same: to bring together music, style, culture, and storytelling to create work that feels vibrant, soulful, personal, and a little unexpected.
